Hello, my name is Kristi, and I am the Aesthetic Nurse at Elite Medical Skin & Laser Center. I am so excited about your upcoming Botox/Jeuveau appointment! Since I am working under our Medical Director, Dr. Jeanne Southern, I will need to send pictures and videos of you to Dr. Southern to receive her orders and customized treatment plan for you.
To provide Dr. Southern with enough time to review your treatment plan, we ask you to send photos and video to my email at least 48 hours before your treatment. I have included sample photos and videos of myself below for you to use as a template.”
